Payment information:
- 100% of the registration fee must be paid within 2 weeks after the date of
invoice in accordance with this application form.
- This booking may only be cancelled by notifying the organisers. All cancellations
MUST be confirmed in writing no later than three weeks before the event. A cancellation
fee of 50% will apply. No refunds will be made for cancellations in the three
weeks prior to the event. A substitute delegate may be sent, in which case no
cancellation charges will apply. Payment must be received on or prior to the
first day of the event. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation
on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- The cost of the hotel accommodation is NOT included in the
conference fee.
